 Yes we are finally in our new home!! After dramas with our phones (our apologies if you tried to call and couldn't get through), we are set up and raring to go! Our workshop is in the final steps of being completed with our new tyre machine being installed shortly - just remember we are taking booking for all your servicing needs whether it be a simple service, engine rebuild or a custom job!

Freight Charges

 ****Please Note****

Our basic freight Charges are set, unless the freight cost is too high for us to absorb. 

Freight charges to remote areas such as Perth, Darwin, Etc will incure a freight charge above our standard charges on bulky and heavy items.

We will advise you via email if freight will exceed your invoiced freight charge.

If so, we will not process the payment until your acceptance.

 

****International Orders****

Freight Charges will be calculated and you will be emailed a quote for the freight. Once you accept this quote we will process the order

 

RETURNS POLICY 

All returns will be checked upon return to TPP.

If the part/s is found to be faulty, we will endeavour to replace the part within 7 days of receiving this form. If the item/s is a failure under warranty, we will not refund warranty items - we will repair or replace the item (if within warranty period). Please note we are unable to refund the freight charges associated with the return unless otherwise discussed with TPP. If the product is incorrect, we will swap over to the correct part or issue a refund or store credit for future purchases if needed.

Pricing and Delivery

You may find that some parts appear to be more expensive than buying direct from overseas.

BOTTOM LINE IS THIS. The pricing we place on this site is comparitive to overseas markets and sometimes less, when you take into account the cost of freight, and import duties for you to buy it yourself,

Please consider this before buying from another country and help keep the bike industry in Australia alive.

Availability and Freight

Please note a lot of product we carry is custom made or made on order  Delivery can be from 1  to 14 days depending on product and production time and in some cases Longer.

Please call us on 03 5464 2781 if you would like to know aproximate ETA on product.

We try to carry most stock we list and have stock coming all the time. If it is in stock it will be shipped to you under 5 days usually. if it is not in stock the delivery time is around 10-14 days but we will keep you posted on your order status.

If you cant find it on the site, send us an email and and we will see if we have it. We have access to thousands of products and may not have listed it yet or may think its not viable to list.
